The Sedum flower arrangement was contributed by my younger son. He typically dresses up my display if space allows I make tape lace and Battenburg. Torchon lace is my primary style. This type of lace was made throughout Europe, typically made with flax (linen) or cotton. Though one of the oldest types of lace, it did not make its way to England until the late 19th century, then gaining a reputation in the East Midlands region.
