Lace demonstration in progress (the first year on this pillow). This photo is not from this year, but a prior festival. The pattern being worked is the same. It proves, as if there were any doubt, that I actually have made progress on this piece! To be honest, I usually work on this piece only when demonstrating so as not to make too much progress. You can see another lace pillow in the background. Depending on how much room is available, I try to vary the display each year because, although this is a one-time event for some visitors, it is an annual event for many others.
